As a Minitab sales professional youll work with growing manufacturers at every stage of their digital transformation maturity level. Some are just beginning their data journey and need simple practical ways to collect and understand their data. Others are ready for more advanced capabilities likestatistical process control (SPC) and process digital twins to drive true operational excellence. What Youll Do

  • Own and manage assigned mid-market accounts and territory

  • Identify qualify and close new business opportunities

  • Drive upsell cross-sell services and renewal revenue

  • Build strong customer relationships measured by:

    • Customer satisfaction

    • Referenceability

    • Growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR)

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams in a virtual selling model

  • Travel 2035% for on-site meetings with customers prospects and partners

What You Bring

  • 3 years of successful inside sales experience in the IT or application software market
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Experience managing deals with an average size of $10K
  • Success in a fast-paced competitive consultative sales environment
  • Experience selling to Plant Managers Directors/VPs of Operations
  • Experience selling MES PLM type software preferred
  • Experience with Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics a plus

Education

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Associate or Technical College degrees considered

This role offers a clear path forward. After 23 years of strong performance high achievers may be eligible for promotion to Senior Account Executive.
