Job Title: Airline Check-in Staff

Job Overview:
As an Airline Check-in Staff you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our passengers and will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome passengers as they arrive at the check-in counter
- Check passengers tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid
- Assist passengers with baggage check-in and provide information on baggage allowances and restrictions
- Allocate seats to passengers and ensure they are seated together if requested
- Handle special requests and accommodations for passengers such as wheelchair assistance or special meals
- Provide information on flight schedules delays and gate changes
- Process payments for excess baggage and upgrade requests
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other airline staff to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process
- Maintain accurate records of all check-in transactions
- Adhere to all airline safety and security procedures
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi knowledge of other languages is a plus
