Are you passionate about healthcare innovation and eager to make a real impact on peoples lives Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Service Representative supporting diabetes medical devices. In this role you wont just answer questions youll help patients caregivers and healthcare professionals navigate solutions that genuinely improve quality of life.

Your Role

As part of a dynamic and people-focused support team you will:
- Deliver high-quality customer service in German (C2) with English (C1) for internal communication
- Handle inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Support patients caregivers and healthcare professionals with clear and accurate guidance
- Assist with product usage and basic troubleshooting while following quality and compliance standards
- Collaborate closely with your Team Leader to ensure service excellence

Work Schedule

- Monday to Sunday 24/7 rotating shifts
- Occasional night shifts (22:0007:00)

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: 1100 gross/month (paid 14 months)
- Attendance Bonus: 400 gross/month (paid 11 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day
- Relocation support for a smooth move to sunny Porto

Requirements

- Fluent German (C2) and advanced English (C1)
- EU citizenship or valid work permit
- Strong communication empathy and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working in rotating shifts within a multicultural environment
- Customer service or healthcare experience is a plus full training provided
