Business Development Representative German (C2) / English B2 Hybrid Kraków

What youll do

Prospect and develop accounts using a consultative relationshipfirst approach.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities recommend solutions prepare quotes and negotiate to close deals.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.

Engage with decision makers (SMBs to Clevel) to assess needs and propose cloudbased solutions.

Collaborate crossfunctionally to resolve customer needs and support onboarding.

Monitor market and product trends to advise customers confidently.

What were looking for

German C2 (native or equivalent); flawless verbal and written communication.

English minimum B2 (verbal and written).

1 years of sales experience with proven prospecting negotiating and closing skills.

Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and developing longterm partnerships.

Basic understanding of cloudbased software and technology solutions.

Solutionoriented mindset and ability to work independently and in a team.

Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kraków area.
