About the Role
Helion Helicopters is hiring a CAMO Officer to manage the continued airworthiness of our H215 fleet dedicated to firefighting missions. Operating within our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) you will ensure compliance reliability and readiness of our aircraft to support critical public safety operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the airworthiness status of H215 helicopters in line with approved maintenance programs
- Track and control Airworthiness Directives (ADs) Service Bulletins (SBs) and life-limited components
- Issue work packages for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Coordinate with AMO and planning teams to ensure mission readiness
- Maintain accurate aircraft records logbooks and compliance documentation
- Ensure traceability and compliance with EASA Part-M/CAMO requirements
- Monitor deferred defects MEL items and support AOG and urgent maintenance scenarios
- Participate in maintenance planning and forecasting
- Input and manage data in maintenance tracking systems (e.g. AMOS TRAXXALL OASES)
- Support internal and external audits and ensure follow-up on corrective actions
QSE (Quality Safety Environment) Commitments
- Integrate ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards into maintenance planning and execution
- Follow health safety and environmental procedures rigorously
- Report any deviation hazard or environmental impact
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Helions Integrated QSE Management System
- Actively engage in SHE (Safety Health Environment) awareness and training initiatives
Your Profile
- Knowledge of EASA Part-M and Part-CAMO regulations
- Experience with medium or heavy rotorcraft (H215 experience preferred)
- Skilled in interpreting OEM maintenance documentation
- Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems (AMOS OASES etc.)
- Precise organized and capable of managing high-integrity documentation
- Strong communicator capable of coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent in English (Greek and/or French a plus)
- Awareness of firefighting operations is highly beneficial
- Knowledge of ISO and 45001 is an asset
