How you will contribute to EveryPays vision:

We are expanding our Finance & Accounting team and seeking a talented Chief Financial Officer(CFO)!

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for shaping and executing the companys financial strategy ensuring long-term financial sustainability and strong financial governance. The role focuses on safeguarding the reliability of financial information optimizing capital and cash flow management and ensuring accurate financial representation of regulatory requirements. The CFO acts as a key strategic partner to the Executive Management and the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Define implement and hold overall responsibility for the companys financial strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.
• Lead financial planning budgeting forecasting and cash flow management ensuring sufficient liquidity and capital adequacy.
• Produce analyze and present financial results and KPIs delivering high-level reporting and well-documented recommendations to Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
• Hold final accountability for the accuracy completeness and reliability of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Ensure proper and consistent financial implementation of regulatory requirements under the payments framework (PSD2) including their reflection in financial statements reports and internal controls.
• Contribute to product design from a financial perspective by defining financial requirements pricing logic cost structure and reporting needs.
• Ensure accurate complete and timely submission of financial supervisory reports and manage the relationship with supervisory authorities regarding financial reporting matters.
• Actively manage working capital and cash position including negotiation and monitoring of financing structures.
• Take a leading role in evaluating and executing strategic initiatives through financial analysis business cases and risk assessment.
• Coordinate and lead internal and external audits acting as the main point of contact for external auditors and supervisory bodies.
• Lead develop and manage the Finance function overall ensuring team performance systems and processes are effective.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Economics Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Extensive and proven professional experience in senior finance roles with high responsibility.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of IFRS.
• Solid background in financial planning strategic finance and executive-level decision support.
• Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with modern ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools with the ability to leverage them for advanced financial analysis control and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (ACCA ACA CFA or equivalent) is considered a highly important asset.
• Proven experience in preparing overseeing and submitting supervisory and regulatory financial reports to competent authorities.
• Significant experience in payments fintech or another complex technology-driven and highly regulated business environment.
