Job Summary
The Remote Computer Technician is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting computer systems hardware and software issues for clients or internal teams. This role ensures that systems are secure updated and functioning efficiently all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote support for hardware software and network issues

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone email or chat

Requirements:

Proven experience as a computer technician or IT support specialist
