Role Overview
As a Project Manager at Idenfo youll support the delivery of technology-driven projects by working closely with head of PM developers and cross-functional teams. Youll help keep projects on track coordinate daily activities and gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle in a fast-paced RegTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily project coordination and execution activities
- Track project tasks sprints milestones and timelines
- Follow up with development QA and other teams on assigned deliverables
- Maintain and update project documentation and trackers
- Assist in preparing weekly and periodic project status reports
- Update and manage Jira tickets boards and dashboards
- Support sprint ceremonies including planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives
- Track project issues and risks and escalate when required
Basic Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good documentation and reporting abilities
- Knowledge of software development projects and SDLC
- Responsible proactive and comfortable with follow-ups
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience
- 02 years of relevant experience (PMO Project Coordinator Business Analyst Technical Support or similar roles)
- Fresh graduates in Software Engineering & Computer Science with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply
