Are you a French-speaking professional with technical curiosity and basic SQL knowledge

What Youll Do

Support French-speaking customers via phone email and chat

Handle technical and data-related inquiries including basic SQL checks

Investigate issues provide clear explanations and ensure fast resolution

Collaborate with technical and internal teams to improve service quality

Document cases accurately and meet quality & performance KPIs
What Were Looking For
-
French: Fluent / Native (C1C2)
-
English: B1B2 level
-
Basic SQL knowledge (queries data checks troubleshooting mindset)
-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-
Comfortable working remotely with digital tools

Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory
