Your Mission:

As the Innovation Manager B2B Margarines (m/f/d) you will be the driving force behind our innovation in the field of margarines and fats for business customers. You will lead ateam andbe responsible forthe entire product development cycle frominitialidea to successful market launch. Your goal is to develop customized high-quality and future-oriented margarine products that meet the demanding requirements of our B2B customers. You will actively shape our portfolio and make a decisive contribution to the companys success.

Your Responsibilities:

Holistic responsibility for the product development cycle of B2B margarines and fats from conception to industrialization.

Initiation planning and management of development projects considering market trends customer needs and legal requirements.

Intensive collaboration with and consultation of national and international B2B customers in the development of tailor-made product solutions.

Continuous recipe optimization and further development of existing products considering aspects of quality cost sustainability and functionality.

Close cooperation with internal interfaces (marketing sales purchasing production quality assurance)

OurRequirements:

Education in food area (preferred:food technology fat technology food chemistry nutrition)

Experience in similar position

Fluent written and spoken Englishand Polish

Knowledge ofSAP & MGD

Ability to work indecentralizedorganization

Strong communicationanalyticaland systemskills oriented on learning.
