Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company strategy
- Conduct user research competitive analysis and data-driven prioritisation
- Write clear PRDs user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming with cross-functional teams
- Define and track KPIs OKRs and product success metrics
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategy
- Manage stakeholder communication at C-level
Qualifications :
Requirements
- 5 years of product management experience
- Experience with B2B SaaS products
- Strong proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with data analysis tools (SQL Mixpanel Amplitude or similar)
- Proven track record of shipping successful products
- Experience running user interviews and usability testing
- Familiarity with roadmap tools (Jira Productboard or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field
Nice to Have
- MBA or equivalent
- Experience in FinTech or HR Tech
- Familiarity with API-based product development
- Polish language skills
