F&B Reservations Agent (Season 2026)
At Santa Marina a Luxury Collection Resort Mykonos every guest journey is thoughtfully curated and every team member plays a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences. As an F&B Reservations Agent you will be a key contributor to the success of our dining operations ensuring that each dining reservation is handled with accuracy care and a genuine sense of hospitality.
In this role you will act as a key liaison between guests and our Food & Beverage outlets ensuring each reservation is handled seamlessly and every request is met with professionalism and attention to detail. Through your communication skills and service mindset you will contribute to an elevated dining journey that reflects the elegance warmth and service excellence of the Luxury Collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Food & Beverage reservations across the resort handling inquiries via phone email and reservation systems with efficiency and professionalism
- Coordinate closely with Restaurant Managers Host/Hostess teams Front Office and In-Room Dining to ensure smooth guest flow and optimal capacity management
- Accurately process reservations modifications cancellations and special requests ensuring all details are recorded correctly
- Provide guests with clear and knowledgeable information regarding restaurant concepts menus operating hours events and dining options
- Monitor reservation levels waiting lists and guest preferences to deliver a personalized and seamless dining experience
- Recognize repeat guests and VIPs ensuring their preferences and special arrangements are communicated effectively to all relevant teams
- Maintain accurate reservation records reports and provide detailed handovers to support smooth daily operations
- Handle guest inquiries feedback and concerns with discretion professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
Requirements- Previous experience in a reservations front office or guest services role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
- Experience using reservation systems and general computer applications PMS experience is considered an advantage
- Excellent command of the English language additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm service-oriented approach
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality and dining experiences
