We are seeking a Kitchen Trainee who is eager to gain practical hands-on experience in a luxury resort kitchen and take their first meaningful step toward a culinary career. This is your chance to work alongside talented chefs explore the inner workings of a high-end kitchen and develop the skills that will shape your future in hospitality.

What you will do

Assist with preparation mise en place and cooking under the guidance of experienced chefs
Support multiple kitchen sections including cold and hot stations gaining a full view of kitchen operations
Contribute to maintaining high standards of hygiene safety and organization
Gain exposure to inventory management ingredient handling and teamwork required in a luxury culinary environment
Receive mentorship and structured on-the-job training to understand the pace precision and creativity of a luxury resort kitchen

Requirements

Currently studying Culinary Arts and required to complete an internship as part of your studies
Good command of spoken and written English
Positive attitude eagerness to learn and willingness to work as part of a team
