Guest Experience Trainee (Season 2026)

We are looking for a Guest Experience Trainee who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a luxury resort environment and take their first meaningful step into the world of hospitality. This is an opportunity to learn alongside experienced professionals gain insight into luxury resort operations and develop the skills that will shape your future career.

During your traineeship you will be fully immersed in the daily life of the resort experiencing real-time operations guest interactions and cross-department teamwork. With guidance structured on-the-job learning and mentorship from our Guest Experience team you will build a strong foundation in luxury hospitality while contributing to a welcoming and collaborative environment.

What you will do

• Support the Guest Experience team in welcoming and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism
• Learn to handle guest inquiries requests and special occasions with care and attention
• Gain exposure to communication tools and day-to-day front-of-house operations
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
• Participate in training and development sessions to strengthen your knowledge of luxury hospitality standards

• Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality Tourism or a related field with an internship required as part of your program
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Genuine passion for learning how to create memorable guest experiences and for building a career in the hospitality industry
