About the role.

The Business Management Intern will support the Global McDonalds Business Unit (MBU) in delivering exceptional service to one of McCains most iconic global customers: McDonalds. For nearly 50 years McCain has proudly supplied McDonalds with its world-famous fries and hash browns.

Reporting to the Director Global MBU this hands-on internship provides meaningful exposure to the management of a global commercial account. Youll help support day-to-day account activities prepare insights and materials for internal and customer discussions and collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Supply Chain Quality Category & Consumer Insights Sustainability Culinary and Digital

This is a great opportunity to build foundational skills in commercial thinking customer engagement data analysis and executive communication while learning how global customer relationships are managed in a fast-paced business.

What youll be doing.

• Support account management activities for a global customer helping keep priorities deliverables and communications on track
• Prepare presentations reports and briefing materials for internal leadership and customer-facing meetings
• Assist with compiling analyzing and summarizing data to support business reviews performance tracking and insights including exposure to Power BI where applicable
• Help maintain trackers dashboards and documentation related to key initiatives and account deliverables
• Coordinate inputs from cross-functional partners including Supply Chain Quality Digital Sustainability and Agriculture
• Supporting adhoc requests as business priorities evolve
• Learn and adapt as part of a flexible role designed to maximize hands-on experience and development

What youll need to be successful.

• A passion for McDonalds Fries
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Business Marketing Management or related program; entering your 3rd or 4th year
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in sales account management or commercial roles within a global organization
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Self-motivated curious and comfortable taking initiative
• Exposure to or interest in Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus

About the team.

The Global McDonalds Business Unit (MBU) manages one of McCains most strategic global customer partnerships collaborating closely across dozens of markets and multiple functions including Supply Chain Quality Agriculture Culinary Marketing and Digital. The MBU is a global team partnered with Commercial Leads around the world.

As the Business Management Intern you will play a meaningful supporting role in enabling the team to deliver bestinclass service insights and executional excellence.

Compensation Package: $23.00 - $26.00 USD hourly wage equivalent paid as a non-exempt salary.

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education and training and other organizational needs.This posting is for an existing vacancy.
