Lexus of Seattle is looking for a Product Genius to join their sales team!

Responsibilities:

The Product Genius will focus on educating customers about the latest and greatest technology in their new the sale of the car the Product Genius will meet with the client to answer all questions regarding operation of their will make follow-up calls after the purchase to ensure customer are also responsible for the following:

• Maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles

• Communicate effectively efficiently and timely to all guests

• Explain all features on the vehicles (personal settings navigation Bluetooth and garage door pairing) the loaner vehicle process warranty features roadside assistance and maintenance schedules

• Inspect each vehicle being delivered to ensure exemplary customer service and a seamless delivery process

• Thoroughly complete all associate paperwork with the delivery

• Maintain a professional image in appearance words and actions

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid drivers license with excellent driving record

• 2-5 years of customer service experience

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation: $17/hour Bonus

Schedule: Must be able to work weekends
