Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with the experience in managing end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening interviewing and closing positions.
  • Ensure a clear understanding of position requirements and expectations through recruiting kick-off meetings with Hiring Managers. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on candidate flow/status.
  • Source candidates through job portals social media referrals talent networks and manage full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions from entry to senior levels.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidate fit (skills experience communication).
  • Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers dashboards and ATS records regularly.
  • Drive pre-onboarding communication and documentation.
  • Work on niche hiring campus hiring as per business needs.
  • Ensure great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Active participation in the Employee Engagement events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience recruitment in Actuaries is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills (Naukri LinkedIn Boolean search).
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills
