BIM Specialist HVAC

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Specialist - HVAC to join our team in Gurgaon this role you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for HVAC systems ensuring efficient and accurate design processes.

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for HVAC systems using Revit and other BIM software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate MEP systems and perform clash detection
• Create detailed shop drawings and construction documents for HVAC installations
• Conduct energy analysis and simulations to optimize HVAC system performance
• Ensure compliance with building codes standards and project specifications
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on BIM and HVAC systems
• Continuously improve BIM processes and standards within the organization
• Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices for HVAC design

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering HVAC Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM for HVAC systems
• Proficiency in BIM software particularly Revit and Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system design modeling and energy analysis
• Experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling/visualization tools
• Expertise in MEP coordination and clash detection
• Familiarity with building codes standards and sustainable design principles
• BIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
• Willingness to stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and HVAC industry trends
