We are lookingfor a General Manager to manage our Hoboken NJ General Managers are the leaders of our restaurants and responsiblefor the overall operation of the Mamouns youll join a team thats committed to driving performanceand achieving excellence.

Job Requirements

Positive and friendly attitude
Prior restaurant experience (2-3 years ofmanagement experience)
Passion for leadership and team development
Responsible for operations and ensuring that weare exceeding guest expectations
Responsible for recruiting trainingcross-training and developing team members
Responsiblefor ensuring the execution of all standard operating procedures
Responsiblefor achieving financial targets
Ability to bend stoop stand and walk forextended periods of time
Ability to lift and carry at least 30 lbs andperform other diverse physical tasks as needed
