Position: Respiratory Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Russellville Arkansas USA (On-site)
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (with occasional coverage as needed)
Salary Range: $86132 $116272 per year
Vendor fee-$3445-$4650

Reporting To: Respiratory Director
Level: Mid-Level Management
Work Environment: Healthcare leadership role with both administrative and clinical responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee daily respiratory department operations and ensure smooth patient care delivery
Staff Leadership: Manage hiring scheduling training performance and conflict resolution
Clinical Support: Provide direct patient care when needed
Financial Oversight: Handle budgeting procurement and vendor management
Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA)
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians staff and other departments
Requirements
Bachelors degree (preferred but experience may substitute)
Active Certified Respiratory Care Therapist (CRRT) credential
Valid Arkansas Respiratory Care registration
Supervisory or management experience (strongly preferred)
Certifications Required After Hiring
BLS (Basic Life Support) within 1 month
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) within 6 months
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within 6 months
