POSITION SUMMARY
Processes daily Interlibrary Loan requests in a timely manner. Assists patrons in locating materials from other libraries.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Process interlibrary loan requests in a timely manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier shipments
- Informs students and faculty about the status of their Interlibrary Loans
- Maintains monthly statistics for borrowing and lending
- Collaborates with our library staff in locating library materials
- Collaborates with other libraries in securing library materials
- Identifies and locates appropriate reference and circulation materials for patrons using electronic print and other resources

Education
Bachelors degree. Relevant experience may substitute for education.
Experience
2 years of library experience. Knowledge of integrated library systems OCLC and Agent. Knowledge of EBSCO and FirstSearch required.
