Job Summary
Monitor work performance and delegate work assignments to kitchen
sanitation employees.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and safety and
sanitation regulations.
Maintain written record of shift activities.
Inspect all operational areas at the conclusion of shift to verify work
standards are met and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor equipment and generates repair orders.
Instruct kitchen sanitation staff in the proper performance of job duties.
