Our Merchant teams are at the heart and soul of Wolt ensuring that we set all of our Merchant Partners up for success by providing a seamless onboarding menu and photo experience. As Wolt grows both in scale and scope of offering the strength of our merchant engine must grow with it.

This role is based in Budapest Hungary and works closely with our in-market team in Luxembourg. We offer flexibility - the position is available full time part-time (20 or 30 hours per week) and is also suitable for students with a minimum commitment of 20 working hours per week.

What youll be doing

• Upload and maintain restaurant menus and related content in Wolts internal systems
• Make sure menu information is accurate complete and up to date
• Fix issues and follow up on missing or unclear details with partners or internal teams
• Keep track of tasks and progress using and other internal tools
• Learn and work confidently with our tools processes and ways of working

Our humble expectations

• Youre fluent in French and English both spoken and written
• Youre detail-oriented and enjoy working with structured information and systems
• Youre comfortable with administrative tasks and like keeping things accurate and organized
• Youre a creative problem-solver who takes initiative when something doesnt add up
• Youre okay with occasional phone calls with partners based in Luxembourg
• You can work independently and manage your time well in a fast-moving environment
• Youre open minded who enjoys collaboration with teammates

Nice to have:

• Experience in an administrative operations or customer support role
• Familiarity with content management systems or internal tools
• Background in gastronomy or the food industry
