What success looks like in this role:
As a German-speaking Knowledge Manager you will oversee and coordinate ITIL-based service support processes to ensure high-quality service delivery across assigned clients. You will manage core IT service management areas including Incident Major Incident Problem Request and Change Management with a focus on continuous service improvement.
You will act as a key point of contact between client-facing teams internal stakeholders and external partners while also supporting Major Incident Management by leading bridge calls and ensuring efficient incident resolution.
Key responsibilities
Act as the main contact for Major Incident Management (MIM) processes and lead incident bridge calls
Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance across ITSM processes
Monitor and review changes perform post-implementation reviews and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Analyze problem trends and service request data to identify improvement opportunities
Facilitate service management meetings (e.g. CAB Daily Operations Problem Reviews)
Collaborate with internal teams clients and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
Ensure compliance with Service Levels XLAs and operational targets
Prepare reports and communicate service performance and improvements
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 46 years of relevant experience or equivalent
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Problem Change Request)
Experience in service coordination or IT service management in a client-facing environment
Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
