We are looking for a full-time Solutions Consultantto join ourProduct Team with a focus primarily on the UK market working in our US/EMEA Solutions Consulting team.
This role sits at the intersection of sales solution design and customer advisory. You will act as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders owning complex solution engagements from discovery through deal closing and handover. Its a fast-paced high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving real business problems with technology.
As a digital first company we offer greater flexibility in working location. Therefore you can work from our London officeor remotely within the UK.
Own end-to-end solution design for mid-market and enterprise opportunities from deep discovery through tailored demos value articulation and technical validation.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders translating complex business challenges into scalable parcelLab solutions across Engage Retain and Convert.
Lead product demos and solution workshops adapting narratives to different industries maturity levels and buyer personas.
Partner closely with Sales to shape deal strategy influence qualification and support pricing and commercial positioning.
Take ownership of RFP and complex proposal responses defining solution scope architecture and differentiation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering Implementation and Customer Success to ensure feasibility smooth handovers and long-term customer success.
Bring structured feedback from the field into product discussions helping influence roadmap priorities and messaging.
5 years of experience in Solutions Consulting Sales Engineering or a comparable customer-facing role within a SaaS or technology environment.
Proven experience working on complex multi-stakeholder deals ideally within e-commerce retail logistics or enterprise platforms.
Strong ability to translate business outcomes into technical solutions architecture integrations and data-driven workflows.
Confidence leading conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior decision-makers.
A consultative mindset: you ask the right questions challenge assumptions and focus on long-term value rather than short-term wins.
Fluency in English (German or other European languages are a plus).
Legally authorised to work in the location you apply from.
Bachelors degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company or start-up.
Additional language skills.
