The Change Enablement Consultant partners with project teams and program sponsors to plan and execute people-centered change that accelerates adoption of new processes technologies and structures while sustaining business outcomes. Leveraging Manulifes Change Enablement Framework the consultant conducts impact and readiness assessments performs stakeholder analysis develops comprehensive change enablement and communication plans enables change networks/champions and tracks metrics to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand change goals and translate them into actionable plans.
- Conduct impact and readiness assessments; identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement change enablement plans including communications and engagement activities.
- Support training and communication efforts to prepare impacted teams.
- Co-facilitate global change enablement programs for Asia/MBPS sessions; drive completion of these programs to target audiences.
- Drive enrolment and monitor learning metrics for assigned programs.
- Monitor adoption and report progress; recommend adjustments as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of change enablement practices and tools.
Required Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in change management or related roles (consulting PMO/business transformation).
- Working knowledge of change frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR Kotter) and project lifecycles (agile and waterfall); able to apply methodologies pragmatically.
- Training in change management (Prosci/CCMP or similar); certification or progress toward certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication facilitation and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with change metrics dashboards and insights to inform decisions.
- Proficiency with collaboration and delivery tools (e.g. Jira Confluence PowerPoint).
- Amenability to hybrid work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City) 3x/week onsite any shift schedule and to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prosci ADKAR and/or CCMP certification.
- Experience in insurance/financial services environments.
- Six Sigma and/or Project Management training/certifications
