Requirements:

Project / Initiative (Why this role is needed):
The client requires an experienced Technical Lead to introduce best practices governance and delivery discipline across an existing internal development team. While the team is technically capable there is a lack of standardized processes around code reviews release planning Agile ceremonies and technical quality. This role provides hands-on leadership while also contributing directly to development.

Job Responsibilities

• Translate business and product requirements into high-quality technical designs

• Deliver solutions using Blazor Server MVC or Razor Pages (Blazor preferred)

• Leverage Microsoft SQL Server as the primary data layer

• Provide technical leadership within Agile human-centered digital delivery environments

• Establish and enforce code reviews design standards and release practices

• Champion proactive knowledge sharing and team mentorship

• Ensure non-functional requirements (security performance scalability accessibility) are addressed

• Lead troubleshooting efforts and communicate status during high-severity production issues

• Document technical decisions and manage code branching and releases

• Spend approximately 60% of time on technical leadership / governance and 40% hands-on coding
