Build the backbone of C-MOREs AI-native platform.
About The Role
C-MORE is scaling globally and transforming into an AI-native intelligence platform. We are hiring a Head of Engineering to lead architecture engineering excellence team leadership and high-quality delivery.
Role Overview
The Head of Engineering will lead backend frontend DevOps and infrastructure teams while partnering closely with the CTO Head of AI and CPO.
C-MORE moves fast. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on developmentyoull collaborate closely with the team and are expected to actively write and ship code.
This role requires exceptional accountability rigorous time management and a proven ability to meet deadlines without fail.
Tech Lead and startup experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Own engineering execution system design and architecture.
- Ensure secure scalable high-availability systems.
- Lead the transition to AI-native platform infrastructure.
Own database data lake and data pipeline system design and architecture.
Build and mentor engineering teams with a high-performance culture.
- Maintain strict discipline in delivery planning and deadlines.
- Drive CI/CD DevOps automation observability.
Key Qualifications
- 7 years in software engineering; 3 years in leadership.
- Deep expertise in cloud systems microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience with data engineering.
- Strong DevOps background (Docker Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to deliver on time with precision.
- Strong communication and team leadership ability.
