Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Automotive OEM Aftersales including Parts and Service
National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering will be highly advantageous
MS Office CRM DMS and OEM Reporting Systems experience essential
Strong understanding of Dealership Parts Sales Service Parts and Warranty Processes
Working experience with Dealer Aftersales Development Dealer Audits Driving OEM Programmes Performance Management Reporting OEM Compliance Aftersales and Customer Experience
Valid Drivers License and own Transport required
Contactable references and payslips required

Salary Structure:

Market Related Cost to Company negotiable based on experience
