Role Overview
You will provide essential day-to-day logistics support to ensure the seamless movement of goods.
You will be responsible for arranging transport managing logistics documentation and resolving
exceptions within the material flow process.
This role requires a blend of technical skill and administrative precision. Using established Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs) you will tackle straightforward problems and coordinate data to meet
customer requirements. You will work under moderate supervision ensuring your output contributes
to the overall quality and efficiency of the logistics team.

Key Responsibilities
Shipment Management: Monitor timely shipments from origin by Logistics Service Providers
(LSPs) and arrange transport while ensuring compliance with loading schedules.
Operational Execution: Resolve transactional failures within the system and manage non-
standard orders changes and exceptions requiring unique transport arrangements.
Cost & Compliance: Verify logistics capabilities against special requirements ensure data
accuracy and approve/book logistics costs in SAP (ECC) timely.
Service Provider Oversight: Identify LSP non-compliance initiate corrective actions and
support Quality Measure resolutions.
Problem Solving: Address high-value or legally complex claims and find alternative carrier
solutions when delivery requirements deviate from the norm.
Communication: Coordinate special delivery needs with carriers and maintain clear
communication with internal team members regarding workflow status.

Education & Experience
Education: Associate degree required.
Experience: 2 3 years of professional experience in Logistics Accounts Payable or
Purchasing.

Systems: Proficiency in SAP (ECC navigation) is highly preferred.
