1^st point of contact to customer SPOC between customer & dealer.
Resolving complaints also track complaint no. tracker etc.
Maintain MIS
Handle dealer quotation convert it & upload the same and do closure within TAT.
Should have technical knowledge Preventive maintenance gensat knowledge AMC etc
