Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laptop Service Engineer to diagnose repair and maintain laptops and related IT hardware. The role involves hardware and software troubleshooting
customer interaction and ensuring timely service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues (motherboard RAM HDD/SSD display keyboard battery charging issues etc.).
Install configure and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows drivers basic software).
Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
Handle customer complaints and provide technical support in a professional manner.
Maintain service records job cards and repair documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and warranty claims.
Perform data backup and restoration as required.
Ensure timely turnaround and quality of repair work

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Graduate / BCA / Computer Engineer (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of laptop hardware components and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of Windows OS installation and software troubleshooting.
Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of networking and peripherals is an advantage.
Willingness to work in a service center/field environment
