What youll do
As a Process Engineer youll design configure and optimize production processes from inception through to start-up and certification. Youll research and develop new equipment draft technical project objectives and prepare CAPEX or improvement project proposals.
Youll also:
Oversee day-to-day production processes troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring malfunctions.
Lead or participate in CAPEX projects manage installations and start-ups of new process equipment and ensure successful completion within budget and timelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency quality and compliance with internal and external standards.

Youll also need:
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical Chemical Industrial or related field).
Proven experience in process design optimization and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of CAPEX project management and technical documentation.
Familiarity with HSSE standards and risk assessment methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
