You will proactively support underwriting teams by delivering high quality customer service taking ownership of operational functions and service aspects coordinating with a variety of different functions and teams allowing underwriters to focus on production and underwriting

Key Responsibilities:
Management of multinational programs ensuring efficiency accurate processes and acting as the key contact for underwriters brokers and internal teams.
Coordinate policy administration renewals and changes maintaining high standards of quality and compliance supporting with underwriting regulatory and compliance information and or advice on program structures as well as preparing instructions for the processing the policies.
Resolve queries optimize processes and collaborate on continuous improvement projects.
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance customer experience and support key system and communication management.
Intermediate experience in underwriting support or insurance (multinational experience is a plus).
Professional English (Portuguese is a plus).
Experience as user of Artificial Intelligence tools/applications.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Customer-focused detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication teamwork and time management abilities.
