Graham is actively recruiting for a Commercial Product Specialist supporting the Corporate Division. Reporting to the Commercial Improvement Manager the Commercial Product Specialist plays a key role in executing and sustaining Grahams Commercial business plan.

Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site

Coordinate and execute commercial improvement initiatives ensuringtimelydelivery and alignment with business priorities

Lead sustainment activitiesbymaintainingtools standards documentation and performance metrics within the Graham Management System (GMS)

Manage stakeholder feedback prioritize enhancementsandfacilitatetransparent feedback loops across teams

Develop and implement change management communication and training plansto support adoption of new processes and tools

Analyze data and maintain KPI dashboards tomonitorinitiative outcomesidentifyimprovement opportunities and recommend actions

The Right Tools for the Job

Education:Post-secondary education in Business Construction Management Engineering or a related discipline

Experience: 3 -7 years of relevant experience in initiative management strategy transformation product management or process improvement.

Software:Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word and with Jira DevOps or Asanaisconsidered an asset)
