As a Senior Manager Research Contracts you will:

• Shape strategic direction as a senior member of the Research Funding Services leadership team aligning planning with the Universitys research priorities.
• Lead develop and resource a highperforming research contracts team fostering capability service excellence and a strong single point of contact culture.
• Oversee management of endtoend research contract administration including timely establishment of grantfunded and commercial agreements and management of complex or highvalue projects.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing policies procedures and team expertise through mentoring training and collaborative knowledgebuilding.

To be successful youll have:

• Proven expertise in the management of significant human and material resources.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Law or Business and extensive relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in university research management and/or leadership.
