What youll build
We are looking for a Scrum Master to foster an agile mindset within the newly set up Hyperspace AI Accelerators team to ensure smooth delivery of our initiatives. Our mission is to build solutions and frameworks as part of our platform that enhance the developer experience including AI-Agentic driven solutions and MCP server infrastructure.
In this role you will coach and guide cross-functional AI delivery teams to apply agile principles effectively. You will facilitate all major ceremonies support sprint planning and retrospectives and promote transparency and continuous improvement across the delivery process. Youll act as a connector aligning product owners developers and stakeholders to ensure focus and flow. Youll thrive in an agile collaborative environment that values continuous learning engineering excellence and innovation helping shape the next generation of enterprise AI solutions at SAP.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum and agile ceremonies (planning daily stand-ups reviews retrospectives) for AI and software delivery teams
- Coach squads to build high-performing self-organizing teams
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution and delivery
- Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs manage scope and track progress
- Support the definition and tracking of team metrics
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and experimentation
What you bring
- Degree in computer science business or a similar field
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies and how to apply them in practice to improve flow of work increase value delivery and build high performing teams
- Strong understanding of AI technologies trends and product development lifecycles.
- Strong experience with agile project management tools (e.g. Jira).
- Fluent English and a proactive problem solving mindset
Nice to have but not a must
- Hands-on experience in designing developing and operating production ready AI Solution (desirable)
- Experience in automating administrative tasks to help teams focus on high value activities
- Knowledge of CI/CD AI/MLOps frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with SAP AI Core SAP BTP
These skills are a plus. If you dont have experience in all these areas well provide the resources and training you need to become a leader in cutting-edge AI technologies.
