DescriptionAs a Senior Industrial Engineer you will play a key role in improving how supply chain decisions are made by applying industrial engineering process analysis and systems thinking to complex operational challenges. You will work closely with supply chain procurement manufacturing and IT/data platform teams to identify process gaps uncover improvement opportunities and implement solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
The role will begin with a strong focus on defining maintaining and governing Supply Chain Master Data ensuring accuracy consistency and usability across planning execution and reporting processes. From there you will expand your scope to strengthening the foundations of supply chain planning by understanding how data and processes flow across upstream and downstream activities identifying where variability and defects enter the system and designing scalable methods to reduce noise and improve reliability. Over time the role will evolve to include broader supply chain process optimization and decision support including scenario analysis and evaluation of trade-offs related to inventory sourcing capacity and network design.
This is an end-to-end hands-on role for an industrial engineer who is comfortable working in ambiguous environments partners closely with the business and translates complex analysis into practical implementable improvements.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Build strong partnerships with supply chain procurement manufacturing and IT/data platform stakeholders to support high-quality master data and process outcomes
- Analyze how supply chain master data and related processes are created maintained and used across upstream and downstream workflows identifying where defects and inefficiencies originate
- Perform process analysis and root-cause investigations across key domains such as items suppliers bills of materials routings lead times and locations
- Apply industrial engineering and statistical techniques including process stability analysis and variation monitoring to improve the reliability of planning inputs
- Use operations research and process optimization methods to test planning assumptions system parameters and configuration choices
- Design and support scalable monitoring and data quality checks that connect directly to governance corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
- Communicate insights findings and recommended actions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Translate analytical results into practical sustainable improvements in supply chain planning and execution processes
Who You Are:
You approach complex problems by stepping back to understand patterns root causes and longer-term implications. You focus on what matters most simplifying complexity while preserving critical details. You build trust through collaboration clear communication and openness to diverse perspectives. You adapt quickly in changing environments remain curious and continuously look for opportunities to improve systems processes and decision-making.
For This Role You Will Need:
- A bachelors degree from an accredited institution in industrial engineering engineering business or a related field
- Experience applying analytical process improvement or industrial engineering methods in real-world operational environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to structure and analyze complex systems
- Comfort working independently in situations where requirements or processes may not be fully defined
- A practical solution-oriented mindset with an interest in driving measurable improvements
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- A masters degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Research Business Analytics or a related quantitative discipline
- Experience working in supply chain manufacturing planning or operations-focused roles
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain master data such as items bills of materials routings suppliers locations and lead times
- Exposure to data governance process standardization or large-scale data or process improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting supply chain planning S&OP inventory management capacity planning or network optimization activities
