Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Director of Workforce Technology provides operational and functional leadership for the organizations workforce and HR technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources this role is responsible for the design implementation administration and execution of technology solutions that support workforce operations compliance and organizational effectiveness. The director collaborates with HR IT Finance and operational leaders to ensure systems are efficient integrated and aligned with organizational needs and provides input and insights that inform strategic workforce technology planning.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and promote the mission vision values and behavioral standards of theorganization.
- Design implement administer and execute HR technology solutions that enhance systemfunctionality streamline workflows and support operational effectiveness.
- Oversee the administration and daily operation of HR technology platforms ensuring accuracyreliability and alignment with organizational standards.
- Lead mentor and develop HR Technology team members fostering a highperformingserviceoriented function with clear priorities and professional development pathways.
- Establish and maintain data governance practices including system audits data validation andquality controls to support regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor updates enhancements and industry trends to ensure systems remain current andeffectively utilized.
- Evaluate HR technology platforms and collaborate with HR IT Finance and operational leadersto identify opportunities for improved efficiency optimization integration or platformconsolidation.
- Produce and deliver analytics and reporting to support planning compliance staffing andoperational decisionmaking.
- Provide input and operational insights that inform strategic HR technology discussions andplanning led by HR leadership.
- Develop and maintain system documentation governance standards job aids and procedures.
- Provide guidance and training to HR leaders and operational managers on system functionalityreporting tools and best practices.
- Provide HR leadership during system upgrades testing cycles and technology implementationspartnering closely with IT to ensure functional readiness and effective adoption.
Position Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
Experience:
- 10 years of progressive HRIS or workforce technology experience. Leadership experience required preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Workday experience required.
