Job Description
The HR Support Specialist (Contract) will provide frontline support to employees regarding W-2 access payroll documents and general system troubleshooting. This role requires strong customer service skills attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced HR operations environment.
Essential Functions
Provide support for W-2 access questions including guiding employees on how to retrieve documents from ADP.
Perform password resets in ADP as needed to help employees regain account access.
Pull and distribute payslips from Workday upon employee request.
Respond to inbound phone calls related to W-2s and other payroll document questions.
Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions and support provided.
Escalate complex issues to HR Operations leadership when necessary.
Skills
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic filtering sorting and data entry).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
