Role: Data Architect (Azure)

Location: Alpharetta GA (Onsite from Day 1)

Job Type: Full Time

Mandatory Skills:

Databricks Azure Spark SQL Data Governance ETL Client Facing Skills & Good Communication managing onshore/offshore teams with USA/India.

The responsibilities of this role include:

- Designing and implementing scalable data architectures data models schema designs and database optimizations.

- Working with various database management systems (RDBMS NoSQL) and data warehousing tools (Databricks Snowflake Redshift).

- Leveraging big data frameworks (e.g. Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) for distributed computing and data processing.

- Developing and maintaining ETL processes using cloud-based data services and tools.

- Implementing and enforcing data governance best practices including data lineage quality management and compliance.

- Ensuring data security through a strong understanding of encryption protocols and regulatory compliance standards.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Proven experience in designing large-scale data systems.

- Proficiency in big data frameworks cloud platforms and ETL tools.

- Strong knowledge of data governance security protocols and compliance requirements.

- Skills: Spark Azure Databricks ETL.
