LaundryTextile Technician

• Clean dry and finish garments linens and specialty textiles using commercial laundry equipment
• Identify fabric types and apply proper cleaning stain removal and deodorization techniques
• Handle fire- water- and smoke-damaged textiles according to SERVPRO standards
• Accurately tag inventory package and prepare items for customer return
• Maintain cleanliness organization and safety in the textile processing area
• Follow SERVPRO procedures safety guidelines and quality control standards
• Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding item condition or special handling needs

• Minimum of 1 year experience in laundry dry cleaning textile care or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow established processes and instructions
• Dependable professional and customer-focused
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as needed

• Experience with commercial laundry equipment
• Knowledge of fabric types stain treatment and odor removal
• Restoration or contents cleaning experience (fire/water damage) is a plus
