Job Summary

Position : Senior Test Engineer - Contract hiring

Experience : 5-7yrs

Contract : 6 months

Client Interview : Yes

Location: Remote

Mandatory Skills: Manual testing Automation testing(TestComplete) CI pipeline reviews and defect management
Key Responsibilities

Execute and own manual testing activities including test case preparation regression bug validation and test summary reporting
Design develop and maintainTestComplete automation scriptsand frameworks (no record/playback)
Write efficient reusable scripts with strong dynamic XPath handling
Review automation pipeline failures fix flaky tests and perform peer PR reviews
Validate end-to-end business workflows across web and desktop applications

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of QA processes and testing fundamentals
Hands-on experience in TestComplete automation (mandatory)
Proficiency in scripting using JavaScript Python Java or C#
Ability to design robust maintainable automation frameworks
Experience testing Web and Desktop applications
Familiarity with UI testing and data-driven validations
Working experience in Agile methodologies
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
