Location: Kuwait
Salary: KWD 650 (Basic) 1 Duty Meal.
Age Limit: Maximum 38 years
Responsibilities:
- Plan develop and execute authentic Indian menus including North & South Indian Tandoori Curry Biryani and regional specialties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth efficient workflow
- Prepare cook and present high-quality Indian dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Supervise train and manage kitchen staff (Sous Chefs Commis Kitchen Helpers)
- Source inspect and manage Indian spices ingredients and raw materials
- Maintain strict hygiene food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP)
- Handle inventory control stock rotation (FIFO) and supplier coordination
- Coordinate with restaurant management for menu pricing and promotions
Requirements
- 5 years of working experience as a Head Chef - Indian Cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Cuisine techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to work long hours if required
- Age limit: Below 38 years
