Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute the short-term and long-term business strategy aligned with the Management vision.
- Drive top-line growth through new client acquisition renewals and expansion of key accounts.
- Identify new service lines (Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Environmental Social & Governance (ESG) smart Facility Management energy management sustainability services).
- Lead market entry & geographic expansion
- Build strategic partnerships alliances and potential M&A opportunities.
2. P&L Ownership & Financial Governance
- Full P&L responsibility with focus on EBITDA cash flow and working capital management.
- Ensure robust pricing cost control margin optimization and billing discipline.
- Strengthen governance around contracts compliance audits and risk management.
- Work closely with CFO on budgets forecasts and investor reporting.
3. Operations & Service Excellence
- Oversee large-scale multi-site FM operations (housekeeping security MEP technical services).
- Drive SLA adherence quality benchmarks safety and compliance across all client sites.
- Implement process standardization digitization and automation
- Ensure statutory compliance across labor laws ESI PF CLRA safety & ESG norms.
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the face of the organization for marquee clients and key stakeholders.
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs CHROs Admin Heads Infra Heads.
- Lead key negotiations renewals and crisis management situations.
- Ensure high client satisfaction retention and NPS scores.
5. People Leadership & Culture
- Lead and inspire a workforce of large teams
- Build a strong leadership team across Operations Sales HR Finance Quality & Compliance.
- Drive a culture of performance accountability safety & continuous improvement.
- Focus on talent development succession planning &leadership grooming.
6. Brand Compliance & ESG
- Strengthen the companys brand positioning in the FM & Support Services market.
- Drive ESG initiatives sustainability practices and energy efficiency solutions.
- Ensure adherence to statutory ethical & governance standards.
Education
- MBA / Postgraduate degree in Management Operations Engineering or related field.
- Additional certifications in Facility Management Operations or ESG are a plus.
Experience
- 20 25 years of experience in Facility Management / Support Services / Infrastructure Services / Integrated FM.
- Must have held CXO / Business Head / CEO / COO role with P&L ownership.
- Strong experience managing large manpower-intensive operations.
- Proven success in scaling business driving profitability & managing enterprise clients.
