Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef (Continental) to assist in managing daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality hygiene and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing Continental menus
Prepare cook and present dishes as per standard recipes
Ensure food quality taste portion control and presentation
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations
Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards
Manage inventory minimize wastage and control food costs
Train junior staff and maintain discipline in the kitchen
Ensure timely food service during peak hours
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef / CDP (Continental)
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine
Ability to manage kitchen operations and team handling
Good understanding of hygiene safety and kitchen standards
Can handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
