Designation: Debt Recovery Manager

Job Role: Customer Support Voice (Loan / Debt Recovery)

Location: Kochi (Work from Office)

Qualification: Minimum 12 (HSC) pass / Graduates also can apply

Language Requirement

Tamil Mandatory
Basic English/Malayalam is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound customer support calls related to debt / loan recovery
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments
Explain repayment details clearly and politely
Maintain call records and update customer information in the system
Coordinate with internal teams for closure of accounts
Ensure professional and ethical communication at all times

Requirements

Strong communication skills in Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
Freshers & experienced candidates welcome.
Willing to work from office.
