Job Summary
1. support in sourcing a strong Head Accountant / Finance Lead with solid QSR (restaurant / fast-food) experience.
role will be the main finance person for the business responsible for full financial oversight including daily sales & POS reconciliation food cost and gross margin control inventory payroll VAT & tax compliance and monthly management reporting.
person should be hands-on initially and capable of building and managing a small accounting team under him/her as the business scales.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in QSR or fast-food environments
- Proven track record in financial oversight cost control and compliance
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero) and advanced Excel skills
- Experience managing payroll inventory systems and tax compliance processes
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a small finance team
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
