Responsibilities
Analyze market & competitors and identify trends to optimize incentive mechanisms & campaigns; manage and leverage Marketing AI tools.
Build lifecycle recommendation & ad recommendation systems.
Design growth tools & incentive schemes; collaborate cross-functionally with operations engineering QA and global teams.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or above; 3 years in growth strategy / recommendation algorithm product management; payment or crypto industry experience a strong plus.
Solid understanding of recommendation algorithms; proven experience in lifecycle recommendation tag-based ad targeting and 1:1 personalization; technical/algorithmic background preferred.
Strong Marketing AI & incentive strategy experience.
Proficient in data analysis able to translate insights into actionable plans; fluent English for cross-functional global collaboration.
Data-driven results-oriented proactive and accountable for business goals; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
