Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Role Summary:
The ServiceNow ITOM Enterprise Architect will lead the design strategy and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM solutions ensuring alignment with business goals IT operations and cloud/hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Define ITOM architecture and roadmap on the ServiceNow platform
Lead implementation of ITOM Discovery Service Mapping Event Management and Cloud Management
Design scalable CMDB architecture data models and governance standards
Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools cloud platforms and enterprise systems
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to delivery teams
Partner with stakeholders to translate business and operational requirements into solutions
Ensure platform performance security and best practices
Support upgrades enhancements and production issues

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery Service Mapping Event Management)
Strong experience with CMDB design data governance and CSDM
Hands-on experience with integrations APIs MID Servers
Experience in cloud & hybrid environments (AWS Azure GCP)
Strong architectural documentation and stakeholder communication skills
ServiceNow ITOM Architect or Implementation Specialist certification preferred
